|Abstract:||The aim of this search is to discover the level of the use of the evaluation by teacher in learning positions inside didactic process to build the indicator of competence and basic competence. To realize this purpose; we chose the observation card to estimate the performance of the teacher in all learning positions. The search applied on sample of teachers of primary and middle stages; presents four teachers, and then we notice their performance in six subjects. We find that the level of the use of teacher to the estimation in all learning positions presents low percentage and this is not explained the absence of teacher’s training of requirements of teaching competence only but the absence of didactic, psychic, and pedagogic training too.|
